2. We prohibit the use of IRC (Internet Relay Chat), Autobot websites, BitTorrent software or files, Gaming Servers (such as Counter-Strike, Half-Life, and Battlefield 1942), Satta, Fraudulent Activity, Gaming, Phishing, Porn websites, and 18+ content. Additionally, we will impose fines if we discover any undesired behaviour, such as (counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1942, etc.), Phishing, Satta, Fraudulent Activity, Gaming, Phishing, Porn websites, or 18+.

3. We offer technical support around-the-clock. Support solely for our hosting issue, please If you download a script and it doesn’t work, we’ll investigate to see if the script is coming from our hosting or your installation. If there is a hosting issue, we resolve it in 30 minutes or less. Because it depends on the issue, we will resolve any issue within 24 hours, though we make every effort to do so in under 30 minutes. We are working diligently to find a quick solution to your issue. If you purchase premium assistance, we will only attempt to resolve your issue via anydesk’s remote system. We did not offer developer assistance.

Viruses and Other Adverse Behavior

If we discover a virus in your cPanel, we will let you know and if you don’t do anything, we will suspend your account or website. In that case, your only recourse is to get in touch with the Jarvish Host Team.

Jarvish Host Refund Policy

We provide a 30 Days money back guarantee on all Web Hosting packages with the following conditions:

1.Refunds are only permitted once per client (i.e., multiple services or signups do not qualify).

 

2.Accounts closed due to violations of the TOS are not eligible for refunds.

 

3.Existing product upgrades or downgrades won’t get their money back; users are in charge of their decisions.

 

4.Refunds on domain registration, renewal, and transfer are not given.

 

5.If you currently own a product and order a new one, the return policy is inapplicable.

 

6.Installation fees, VPS, servers, domain privacy, domain names and licences, and custom software instals do not have a refund policy.

 

7.If our team does not discover any problems with your Hosting plan from our end, there will be no refund given.

 

8.If your service(s) are cancelled or suspended owing to Email Marketing, Email Abuse, Misuse of Our Service, Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral, or 9.Account Over-use, no reimbursement will be given.
